NEXTFIT - Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Charges

  • We charge a flat rate of Rs 300 for standard delivery on all orders across Pakistan.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking details.

3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during sales, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen weather/courier delays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers across Pakistan. Please ensure you provide an active mobile number and complete shipping address to avoid delivery delays or cancellations.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via Email/SMS/WhatsApp so you can track your package status in real-time.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged item or your package is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package.
